3, Product structure and working principle

3.1 Tripod Turnstiles Mechanical System
Tripod Turnstiles mechanical system is divided into two parts chassis and movement. As a carrier, the chassis is equipped with a direction indicator, a read/write device, etc. The main components of the machine include a motor, a frame, a transmission shaft, and a brake lever;

3.2 Tripod Turnstiles Electronic Control System
The electronic control system consists of a card reader, a main control board, a direction indicator, a limit switch and a transformer.
Card reader (self-provided): After reading the information on the card and processing it by judgment, it sends an application pass signal (switch signal) to the main control board;
Main control board: The control center of the system, which receives signals from the card reader, performs logic judgments and processing on these signals, and then sends direction commands, motors, counters, and execution commands.  
Direction indicator: displays the current pass status of the channel and guides pedestrians through the channel in a safe and orderly manner;
Limit switch: control the position of the brake lever;

3.3 System Working Principle
1) Turn on the power and the system will enter the working state after 3 seconds.
2) When the card reader reads a valid card, it prompts the pedestrian to read the card; at the same time, it judges and processes the information read from the card, and sends an application pass signal to the main control board;
3) The main control board receives the signal of the card reader, and after comprehensive processing, it sends an effective control signal to the direction indicator and the motor, so that the direction indicator changes to the green arrow access indicator. If the system is in the normally closed mode at this time , The motor runs, the limit switch controls the motor rotation angle, the brake lever turns to open (in the normal open mode, the motor does not move), allowing pedestrians to pass;
4) After the pedestrian indicates the passage of the channel according to the direction indicator mark and reaches the closing time set by the main board, it will continue to send signals to the main control board until the pedestrian has completely passed the channel;
5) If the pedestrian forgets to read the card or read the invalid card to enter the channel, the system will prohibit pedestrians from accessing the card and re-read the valid card to allow access.
